The United Kingdom has a long history of black people migrating to its shores, yet the cuisine and cultural dishes that are common to black people are little known to the general populace.

Black Women Cooking – because, for the most part, it was and is mostly the women who have cooked and created these wonderful foods and dishes – is here to address that shortcoming.
